We develop and design parts or mould components to the satisfaction of our clients who have complete plans and specifications or just an idea in their mind. We assist them in developing a clear understanding about their requirement, help them to choose correct resin, tools and help them to take the important decision that will speed their production or task.
On customer request, that we provide plastic prototype parts. Then customer can hold examples of their designs for early visualisation and verification before going into the production.
With our advanced tool room machines and engineering excellence we will build mould and then we pass in to the next step.
With our PLC controlled injection moulding machines we can consistently supply high quality plastic products in time.
Our well trained supervisors and the staff continually review and improve the quality checking system in order to evaluate the quality of our products to a higher level than customer expectations.
This stage includes assembling, pad printing, labelling and packing.
